DiGenova tells Newsmax that Daniel Penny Should Not Face Prosecution



Former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova told Newsmax that Daniel Penny, who is facing second-degree manslaughter charges for restraining a homeless man named Jordan Neely on a New York City subway, should not be “prosecuted.” Penny restrained Neely, who was acting erratically and threatening passengers.
