DNC Planning to Display Anti-MAGA Banner During GOP Debate, Report Says
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) plans to fly a banner over the Republican National Committee (RNC) GOP primary Debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, insulting the “Make America Great Again” movement. The DNC will also have billboards and a mobile truck criticizing the GOP’s record. DNC Chair Jamie Harrison will hold a press conference to rebut the debate, and a war room will provide Democratic responses to the issues raised during the event. Former President Donald Trump will not attend the debate but will conduct an online interview with Tucker Carlson. Eight Republican candidates, including Doug Burgum, Chris Christie, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Asa Hutchinson, Mike Pence, Tim Scott, and Vivek Ramaswamy, will be participating, while others still need to meet the RNC’s criteria. Trump leads in the polls, followed by DeSantis.
