DOJ Claims Executive Privilege in Effort to Silence Dismissed Attorney




The Department of Justice is attempting to invoke executive privilege to prevent a dismissed pardon attorney from appearing before Congress, according to a report by The New York Times. Elizabeth Oyer was scheduled to provide testimony regarding the reinstatement of gun rights for Mel Gibson.
