DOJ: Immigrant Used Stolen American ID to Vote in US Election
According to the Department of Justice, Angelica Maria Francisco, an undocumented immigrant living in Russellville, Alabama, has admitted to committing identity theft by using an American citizen’s identity to vote in elections and acquire a U.S. passport for travel to Guatemala.
