Education Department Investigates All-Gender Bathroom at Denver School
The U.S. Education Department has announced that it is looking into Denver Public Schools for purported discrimination. This follows the district’s decision to transform a girls’ restroom on the second floor of East High School into an all-gender facility, while maintaining the other bathroom as exclusively for males.
