Federal Judge Halts Obamacare Coverage for Dreamers
A federal judge in North Dakota ruled on Monday against a policy from the Biden administration that permitted immigrants who arrived in the U.S. unlawfully as children, referred to as “Dreamers,” to participate in healthcare coverage under the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as “Obamacare.”
