Georgia Breaks Record for Number of Early Votes Cast on First Day
On Tuesday afternoon, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced that the state had set a new record for the first day of early voting, with 234,000 ballots already cast. And there were still several hours left to go in the day.
