Georgia state Sen. Clint Dixon is hoping that new legislation signed into law by Gov. Brian Kemp will hold Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis accountable for her prosecution of former President Donald Trump. The legislation creates a five-member Prosecutorial Oversight Committee (POC) to investigate and take action against prosecutors who are not doing their job. Dixon plans to file a complaint against Willis once the POC is seated. However, Dixon acknowledges that a special session of the General Assembly to investigate Willis is not viable due to the lack of a three-fifths majority in either chamber.
