Giuliani tells Newsmax: Fani Willis’ ruling “Couldn’t be right”
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani criticized Judge Scott McAfee’s decision to let Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis stay on the Donald Trump election interference case in Georgia. According to Giuliani, this ruling was not the right decision.
During an interview on Newsmax’s “Wake Up America,” Giuliani accused Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade of working together on the case. He emphasized Willis’ admission of using campaign funds for personal expenses and raised concerns about McAfee’s failure to recuse himself due to his previous connections with Willis.
McAfee recently ordered Willis to remove Wade from the case due to their romantic relationship, which raised concerns of impropriety. Wade eventually withdrew from the case following the judge’s order.
Giuliani also questioned Wade’s visits to the White House and suggested that there may have been manipulation by the Biden administration in this case. He criticized McAfee for not recusing himself despite his prior involvement with Willis.
