GOP Senators Won’t Oppose Trump’s Pardons Related to January 6
Republican senators are unlikely to obstruct President-elect Donald Trump’s pledge to issue pardons for non-violent individuals imprisoned related to the Jan. 6 events, nor will they pursue inquiries into the potential criminal responsibility of the members of the House Jan. 6 Select Committee.
