As a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, Haley stated that she would clean up the Department of Justice if elected and highlighted the importance of transparency and fairness in the legal system. She also mentioned that she would be inclined to pardon Trump but stressed it is premature since he has not been convicted of anything and emphasized the need to move forward instead of dwelling on past court cases and indictments.
