Half of US Schools Still Can’t Enforce New Rules on Sex Discrimination as Supreme Court Delays Implementation




The Biden administration’s request for new regulations on sex discrimination in education to be implemented in roughly half the country was rejected by the Supreme Court on Friday. The court’s decision was 5-4, with conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch siding with the three liberal justices in dissent.
