Harris Plans to Spend Election Night at a Historically Black College
It was announced by a spokesperson that Vice President Kamala Harris will be spending Election Night at Howard University in Washington. This historically Black college is where the Democrat studied 40 years ago. November 5 could potentially make Harris the first woman to win the White House.
