House Republicans Unveil New Funding Agreement
On Thursday, House Republicans announced that they have successfully come to terms on a contingency plan, referred to as Plan B, aimed at preventing a government shutdown by midnight on Friday. “We have secured an agreement, and more details will be shared soon,” stated House Appropriations Committee Chair Tom Cole, R-Okla.
