Investigation Reveals Secret Service Failures Contributed to Shooting Incident at Trump Rally
During a July campaign rally for former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pa., the U.S. Secret Service neglected to put in place important measures, such as obstructing the line of sight to the stage, which could have prevented a shooter from attempting to assassinate him, according to an internal report.
