Joe Biden Met With Hunter’s Witness a Week Before Her Testimony
President Joe Biden made a brief stop at Hallie Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, before heading back to Washington, D.C., on Sunday night. Hallie is the widow of the late Beau Biden, and she is scheduled to testify in Hunter Biden’s gun trial, as reported by the Daily Mail on Monday.
The president spent about 15 minutes at Hallie’s home before continuing on to the Delaware National Guard Station, where he boarded Marine One for the flight back to the White House.
Hallie and Hunter dated in 2017, finding comfort in each other’s company after the loss of Beau to brain cancer. Hunter had separated from his wife Kathleen a few months after Beau’s passing in 2015.
Although the reason for President Biden’s visit to Hallie’s house was not explained by the White House, Red State contributor Bonchie raised concerns about the potential for corruption and interference in the upcoming trial.
