Joe DiGenova Calls DA Willis a “Terrorist in Prosecutor’s Uniform,” in Interview with Newsmax
Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova criticized Democratic Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for indicting former President Donald Trump and 18 others over allegations of attempting to subvert Georgia’s 2020 election results. DiGenova argued that Willis’ prosecution is politically motivated and that she has brought disgrace to the legal profession. DiGenova’s wife, Victoria Toensing, also commented, comparing Willis’ indictment to similar actions taken by the Department of Justice against Trump. DiGenova further stated that Willis, along with other Democratic prosecutors, is part of a cult aiming to put Trump in jail and that their actions are destroying jurisprudence.
