John McLaughlin tells Newsmax that the Trump verdict is inconsequential to voters

According to pollster John McLaughlin, every polling organization that has released numbers post former President Donald Trump’s conviction in New York City has shown him maintaining a lead. This indicates that President Joe Biden’s strategy is not effective, as stated on Newsmax on Sunday.

McLaughlin observed, “The Biden strategy of indicting Donald Trump last year and convicting him this year does not resonate with the voters. They have lost faith in Joe Biden. Our most recent national poll, conducted prior to the verdict, revealed that Biden had a 59% disapproval rating. Additionally, 66% of all voters considered these trials to be politically motivated.”

The poll also indicated that two-thirds of respondents believe the country is heading in the wrong direction under Biden, as noted by McLaughlin.

McLaughlin expressed concern that if Trump continues to lead in the polls, it may result in Biden’s judge in Manhattan, Juan Merchan, attempting to send him to jail due to the failure of Biden’s policies.

Larry Elder, a conservative talk radio host, also participated in Sunday’s program and discussed the increasing support of Latino and Black voters for Trump. He criticized Biden’s camp for desperate attempts, such as quoting Trump out of context.

McLaughlin further emphasized the need for change at the border, pointing out the continued surge of illegal immigrants entering the country. He believes this is one of the reasons Trump remains ahead in the polls.
