Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene says Representative Mike Johnson’s days as speaker are numbered.

On Sunday, days after Biden signed the $95-billion foreign aid package, she made the comment on X (Twitter).

The measure includes more funding for Ukraine, as well as for Israel and Taiwan.

Greene (R-Ga.) strongly opposes funding Ukraine’s war with Russia. She filed a motion to remove Johnson (R-La.) as speaker last month.

Greene said Johnson will do whatever President Biden and Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) want in order to keep the speaker’s gavel.

She added that Johnson sold out Republican voters, reiterating her comments she made after the House approved the foreign aid package.

“This is a sellout of America today,” she said. “When we had members of Congress in there waving the Ukrainian flag on the United States House of Representatives for, while we’re doing nothing to secure our border, I think every American in this country should be furious.”

Greene’s motion to vacate Johnson is supported by Representatives Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Paul Gosar (R-Ariz). It has yet to face a vote.
