Judge Determines Giuliani Bankruptcy Case is Probably Over
A judge indicated that he was inclined to dismiss Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy case following the agreement between the lawyers representing the former NYC mayor and his primary creditors. These creditors happen to be two former Georgia election workers who were awarded a $148 million defamation verdict against him.
