Judge Napolitano Urges Voters to Have Faith in Elections on Newsmax

Former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano told Newsmax on Monday that Americans are tired of losing their faith in democracy, emphasizing the importance of fair elections that are not only fair but are also perceived as fair.

Napolitano, a senior judicial analyst for Newsmax, appeared on “Carl Higbie FRONTLINE” to discuss the election integrity efforts of Donald Trump and the Republican National Committee, while criticizing the Democrats for their refusal to accept election results they do not agree with.

“The opposition will go to any lengths to discredit a victory they disagree with or manipulate the results to their advantage,” Napolitano told Higbie. “If Donald Trump is reelected by a landslide, which seems likely at this point, there will be no legitimate arguments against his victory.”

“For a winner to have the moral authority to govern, the election must not only be fair but also be perceived as fair,” he added.

Napolitano mentioned that states will be working on improving their election processes in the near future.

“People are tired of not having faith in democracy,” Judge Nap stated. “States like Wisconsin are realizing the importance of having neutral parties, rather than outsiders like Mark Zuckerberg, oversee and manage elections. By having unbiased individuals from both parties monitor and count ballots, people will have more confidence in the election results.”

“The more challenges there are, the more people will focus on what is right and wrong rather than just the outcome they desire.

“So, expect to see more efforts at the state level between now and November.”
