As the firstborn of Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa Trump, Kai has four siblings: Donald John III, Tristan Milos, Spencer Frederick, and Chloe Sophia.
Kai captured attention at the 2024 Republican National Convention in Wisconsin, where, as a spirited 17-year-old, she delivered a heartfelt and humorous speech in tribute to her grandfather.
“To me, he’s just a normal grandpa,” she remarked about President Trump. “He sneaks us candy and soda when our parents aren’t around and always asks how we’re doing in school.”
“When we play golf, if I’m not on his team, he tries to get in my head. He’s always surprised when I don’t let him! I have to remind him I’m a Trump, too,” she further added.
Currently, Kai is a senior at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach, Florida, and has plans to attend the University of Miami, where she is set to join the women’s college golf team.
Last year, she launched a YouTube channel which has gained around 1.4 million subscribers, offering glimpses into her life, including behind-the-scenes looks at the White House, golf events, Formula 1 races, and UFC matches.
