Kari Lake Warns Newsmax: New York Officials Will Regret the Day of Trump’s Trial

Former President Donald Trump’s criminal trial in Manhattan will only strengthen his supporters, according to Arizona Senate candidate Kari Lake on Newsmax Saturday.

Lake, a Republican from Arizona, stated that New Yorkers are quickly transitioning into Trump supporters, which will result in a surge of votes in his favor.

During one of his visits to a bodega in Harlem, Trump was surrounded by supporters after the Manhattan District Attorney dropped the case against store worker Jose Alba, who was charged with second-degree murder for defending himself against an attacker.

Lake expressed her admiration for President Trump and emphasized the need for his agenda to be pushed forward, which is centered on an America-first approach. She highlighted the importance of standing with Trump as he faces unjust trials and attacks on his character.

She also criticized the recent House vote passing $95 billion in aid for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, expressing disbelief at the lack of focus on domestic issues facing the American people.

Lake called for the impeachment of Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and blamed him, along with President Biden, for various crises plaguing the country, such as the border crisis and the fentanyl epidemic.
