Karoline Leavitt Criticizes Biden Policies for Harming, Not Assisting Americans, in Interview with Newsmax

According to Karoline Leavitt, the national press secretary for the Trump campaign, President Joe Biden has been deceitful to the American people regarding tax reform, and his policies have had a negative impact rather than a positive one.

During an appearance on Newsmax‘s “Carl Higbie FRONTLINE,” Leavitt categorically dismissed Biden’s recent comments where he claimed that no American earning less than $400,000 a year would have to pay additional federal taxes, calling it a “boldfaced lie.”

Leavitt also pointed out the irony of Biden signing the Inflation Reduction Act, leading to IRS audits targeting individuals making under $200,000. She highlighted the significant financial burden placed on average American families due to Biden’s tax policies, contrasting them with the perceived success of “Bidenomics” and other government initiatives by the administration.

As Biden promised to reverse many of Trump’s tax cuts for the wealthy and implement new taxes only on those earning above $400,000, his proposed U.S. government budget aims to generate substantial revenue through tax increases on businesses and wealthy individuals over the next decade, as reported by the U.S. Treasury.

Leavitt emphasized the urgent need for change in leadership, framing the upcoming Election Day as a crucial choice between the policies that worked under Donald Trump and the potential further decline under Joe Biden’s administration.

She also raised concerns about a hypothetical Biden presidency, envisioning challenges such as increased immigration crises, weakened foreign relations, and potential conflicts on the global stage.
