Karoline Leavitt Slams Biden’s Narcissism as ‘Disgraceful’ in Newsmax Interview

Speaking with Newsmax on Monday, Karoline Leavitt criticized President Joe Biden for constantly bringing up his late son in speeches meant to honor fallen heroes, calling it “disgraceful” and disrespectful to gold star families in the country.

Biden once again referenced his late son, Beau, in his Memorial Day address at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, a move Leavitt described as focusing on himself rather than the actual purpose of the speeches.

“It’s always about Joe Biden and it’s disgraceful. He does this any time, whether he is giving a speech at West Point or speaking to mourning families across the country,” Leavitt said on “Carl Higbie FRONTLINE.” “It is despicable and disrespectful to our gold star families who are grieving the loss of their loved ones who made the ultimate sacrifice for this nation.”

In contrast, gold star father Darin Hoover expressed disappointment in not hearing from Biden since his son’s death in Afghanistan, while praising former President Donald Trump for his support of gold star families.

Leavitt also expressed admiration for Trump’s dedication to meeting with gold star families and championing veterans and military families, contrasting it with Biden’s actions.
