Kenya Designated as Non-NATO Ally by Biden Administration
President Joe Biden issued a memo to Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Monday, officially designating Kenya as a “Major Non-NATO Ally.” The announcement comes as Kenyan police are reportedly en route to Haiti.
