Lanny Davis Tells Newsmax: Prosecution Doesn’t Need Michael Cohen to Secure Conviction

According to former Cohen attorney Lanny Davis, the tainted testimony of former Trump attorney Michael Cohen might not be necessary for the New York prosecution in President Trump’s case, as Cohen’s credibility as a convicted perjurer is already a known fact that he has admitted to on national television.

Although Cohen confessed to stealing money from the Trump Organization by overcharging $30,000 more than his bonus, Davis argues that the prosecution does not need Cohen’s credibility to convict, as they have separate evidence to support the charges.
