Lawsuit Aims to Remove Non-citizens from Arizona Voter Rolls
A lawsuit was filed on Monday by the conservative group America First Legal (AFL) based in Washington, D.C. against Maricopa County in Arizona. The lawsuit calls on County Recorder Stephen Richer to remove non-citizens from its voter rolls.
