Lawsuit Seeks to Overturn Pennsylvania’s LGBTQ Protections




In Pennsylvania, two public school districts, along with a number of parents, have filed a lawsuit against the state in an effort to overturn antidiscrimination protections for LGBTQ individuals. They argue that the state’s two-year-old regulation is unlawful, claiming it exceeds the intentions and allowances set forth by lawmakers.
