Lichtman Predicts Trump Could Win if Biden is Replaced
Allan Lichtman, the historian who correctly predicted the outcome of 9 out of the last 10 presidential elections, warned that it would be catastrophic for Democrats if their delegates decide to nominate a candidate to replace President Joe Biden, as it would mean that there is no incumbent running in the race.
