Long Overdue Rights for Airline Passengers With Disabilities are finally on the Horizon




Individuals with disabilities who travel have faced numerous challenges, such as airlines damaging their wheelchairs, insufficient access to lavatories during long flights, and even experiencing physical mishandling. One example of this is the case of Nathaniel Foster, Jr., a quadriplegic ventilator user who encountered difficulties while flying with United Airlines in 2019.
