Missouri Attorney General Bailey speaks to Newsmax about evident collusion between the Department of Justice and the Trump case.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey informed Newsmax on Monday that the Biden Department of Justice is collaborating with Democrat prosecutors to prosecute President Donald Trump.
Bailey stated on “Rob Schmitt Tonight,” that the prosecutions lack factual and legal support and are therefore questionable.
He is demanding the release of communications between the DOJ and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, New York Attorney General Leticia James, and Atlanta District Attorney Fani Willis.
According to Bailey, the questionable motivation of the prosecutors is being overlooked in the news coverage of the cases.
Bailey highlighted the ethical issue of prosecutors having personal interest in cases and pointed out the collaboration between the Biden DOJ and Bragg’s office to prosecute Trump in Manhattan as a clear example of collusion.
He emphasized that this level of collusion in the American criminal justice system is unprecedented and denies Missouri residents, and all Americans, access to Trump as a political figure and candidate.
