Napolitano to Newsmax: Biden Pardons Remain Valid Despite Autopen Use
According to former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano, in an interview with Newsmax on Monday, the pardons granted by former President Joe Biden during the last hours of his time in office would not be rendered invalid simply because they were signed using an autopen. However, if it were determined that the president was not aware of the pardons being issued, they could potentially be deemed invalid.
