Newsmax: Donald Trump Expresses Uncertainty Regarding Joe Biden’s Candidacy Commencement
Former President Donald Trump expressed doubt about the possibility of a rematch in the 2024 presidential election during an exclusive backstage interview with Newsmax after his Michigan speech.
“I don’t know if he will even make it to the starting gate,” Trump told John Bachman in Clinton Township, Michigan, following his speech that was broadcasted live on Newsmax. “We’ll see if he makes it or not.
“He was here last night. He looked like he was about to collapse. He was trying to talk to some people for about 30 seconds, but nobody could understand him. I don’t think he understood himself.
“So I don’t know if he will even make it to the starting gate.”
Biden, at 80 years old, is already the oldest president ever elected and currently the oldest serving president, whereas Trump is nearly four years younger.
“They’ll probably hide him away in the basement again,” Trump added, referring to the “basement Biden” attack line used during the previous presidential campaign.
“Something will happen.”
While Biden may be old, Trump believes it is his policies that are detrimental to America.
“But we have a country that’s in a critical condition,” Trump stated. “It’s a country that needs help, and we have the potential to make it better than ever before, but we need to take action immediately.”
