The Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has brought criminal charges against Donald Trump solely because of his personal animosity towards the former president, as stated by Karoline Leavitt, the national press secretary for Trump’s 2024 campaign, in an interview with Newsmax on Tuesday.

Leavitt emphasized that there is no basis for the charges, as they have been dismissed by the FEC, the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, and Alvin Bragg’s predecessor, Cy Vance, further suggesting that Bragg’s actions are driven by his strong dislike for Trump.

Despite salacious testimonies from individuals like Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen, Leavitt maintains that Trump has not committed any crimes and that the focus should be on addressing real issues affecting the American people, such as crimes in New York and other cities, which Trump aims to solve to address voter concerns.
