Newsmax Viewers Excluded from Trump and Biden Juries

Viewers of Newsmax were excluded from the jury selection process in both the trials of former President Donald Trump in New York and Hunter Biden in Delaware.

In the Biden trial, a potential juror was dismissed on Monday after admitting to hearing about the case on Fox News and reading about it on Newsmax.

The juror expressed doubts about being able to provide a fair judgment for Hunter Biden.

During questioning by Judge Maryellen Noreika, the juror admitted his bias and inability to separate personal opinions from impartial judgment.

In the Trump trial, the jury predominantly consisted of individuals who relied on news from The New York Times.

None of the jurors in the Trump trial reported getting their news from Newsmax.

Hunter Biden faces three felony charges related to a gun purchase during a period of drug addiction. If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison.

Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, was found guilty of 34 felony charges in his trial.

He will be sentenced on July 11.
