California Governor Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, criticized Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, calling him “unhinged” for his remarks about President Joe Biden potentially being on drugs during the primetime debate. Newsom went on to say that Trump’s comments were “beneath contempt.”
