Pennsylvania Poll Shows Trump Ahead of Biden by 4 Points
According to a poll released by The Hill, former President Donald Trump leads President Joe Biden by 4 points in Pennsylvania.
Trump has 49% support compared to Biden’s 45%. Among voters older than 50, Trump’s lead increases to 52% while Biden’s decreases to 42%.
For voters aged 18-49, Biden leads with 48% support compared to Trump’s 45%.
When Green Party and Libertarian Party candidates are included, Trump’s lead over Biden increases to 5 points.
In this scenario, Trump received 46%, Biden received 41%, and Jill Stein, the Green Party candidate, received 5%.
Late last month, a poll from Emerson College Polling/The Hill showed Trump leading Biden in seven battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Trump holds a narrow lead over Biden in these states, with margins of error taken into account.
According to the RealClearPolitics national polling average, Trump is at 46.1% support while Biden is at 44.9% with six months remaining until the election.
The poll surveyed 1,398 Pennsylvania voters from April 24-30 and has a margin of error of 4 percentage points.
