Pete King Tells Newsmax: Trump Was ‘Arrogant’ but Did Not Commit any Illegal Acts Regarding Documents
Former President Donald Trump is facing additional charges in Florida related to the preservation of his presidential records. However, former Rep. Pete King argues that the charges should not be prosecuted because the Presidential Records Case Law does not contain criminal prohibitions. King believes that Trump’s actions were driven by arrogance rather than criminal intent.
