Pollsters advise Newsmax that Biden is viewed as a “weak and corrupt incumbent” in polls.
According to pollsters John McLaughlin and John Zogby speaking to Newsmax, former President Donald Trump is leading President Joe Biden by 10 points six months before the U.S. presidential election.
Recent polls from CNN and Rasmussen show Trump ahead of Biden by 10 points.
“The Biden presidency is failing,” said McLaughlin of McLain and Associates on “Wake Up America.” “The trial is having a negative impact.”
McLaughlin pointed out that 66% of voters view Trump’s ongoing criminal trial in Manhattan as politically motivated, 56% believe Biden had a hand in Trump’s charges, and 53% think Biden is trying to imprison Trump.
“Joe Biden is a vulnerable, corrupt incumbent and the polls reflect that,” McLaughlin added.
McLaughlin also mentioned that third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is drawing more support away from Biden than Trump.
According to John Zogby of Zogby Strategy, Trump resonates with voters in the “flyover” states that are often overlooked by the elites.
“Donald Trump is the candidate who feels undervalued,” Zogby stated. “He connects with them. This region of the country is concerned about their personal finances, the status of America, the border, and immigration. He addresses these issues while the Democrats focus on campus issues.”
