President Biden to Tour Carolinas as Helene Death Toll Climbs to 166



As of Wednesday, many residents in the Carolinas were still without access to running water, cellphone service, and electricity following the catastrophic damage caused by Hurricane Helene. Rescue teams were working to locate individuals who were still missing, with the death toll standing at a minimum of 166 people in the Southeast region.
