Recent reports suggest that British authorities suspect one of Prince Andrew’s business advisers may be a spy working for China.

In light of these allegations, the former assistant of the disgraced Duke of York—whose identity remains undisclosed, referred to only as “H6” and a “close confidant”—has been barred from entering the United Kingdom.

A special immigration investigation has been launched.

Officials in the UK believe that the 50-year-old individual was affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party and had been covertly involved with the United Front Work Department of the organization.

This unnamed individual’s appeal against the UK government’s exclusion order was unsuccessful, with the ban coming into effect in March 2023.

The reason this information has only recently surfaced in the British press remains unclear.

In 2020, the now-infamous Duke, who had ties with the late Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex trafficker, had previously invited his former business adviser to his birthday party, although the details of their initial meeting are unknown.

Sources indicate that during the party, the advisor advised Andrew against representing him in discussions with potential Chinese investors. He had also received an invitation to the royal family’s residence in Windsor.

The judge noted that former Home Secretary Suella Braverman was “entitled to conclude that [H6] posed a risk to the national security of the United Kingdom,” as stated in the published ruling.

Furthermore, Braverman was also deemed “entitled to conclude that his exclusion was justified and proportionate,” according to the court documents.

The Times of London reported that British officials have deemed the unnamed individual’s access to the royal family a “serious breach of national security.”

The BBC also revealed that another adviser of Andrew’s had written to “H6” in a letter found on one of his electronic devices, stating: “You [suspected spy] sit at the very top of a tree that many, many individuals would like to be on, aside from [the prince’s] closest internal confidants.”

Among the items seized by authorities was a briefing sheet outlining the “main talking points” for an upcoming call that H6 was supposed to have with Andrew.
