Rep. Armstrong Tells Newsmax: Trump is the Only One Facing Prosecution

Rep. Kelly Armstrong, R-N.D., told Newsmax on Monday that out of the last three presidential candidates, only one is facing prosecution for retaining classified documents improperly.

This candidate is Donald Trump, and special counsel Robert Hur is set to testify before Congress regarding President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents. Hur’s report has been criticized for comments regarding Biden’s age and cognitive abilities but also cleared him of any wrongdoing.

“But in terms of retaining and disclosing classified documents, I believe Biden’s case is actually more severe. These documents were found in multiple locations in Biden’s house over a span of 30 years,” Armstrong stated during an interview on “The Record with Greta Van Susteren.”

Armstrong plans to question Hur on why he chose not to prosecute Biden despite Biden admitting that he knew he shouldn’t have the classified documents.
