Rep. Biggs Tells Newsmax: Hunter and James Biden Fabricated Stories to Shield President

Rep. Andy Biggs said on Newsmax Sunday that President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, and his brother, James, lied to shield the president from corruption and influence peddling schemes. This comes as top GOP leaders are seeking criminal referrals for their alleged false statements while testifying before Congress.

Biggs stated on Newsmax’s “Sunday Report” that the family earned over $20 million, possibly closer to $35 million, through deceitful means, including false loans. These financial gains motivated them to withhold the complete truth.

He added that the criminal violations would include lying to Congress and committing perjury under oath.

According to Biggs, Hunter Biden lied about his lack of interest in an overseas banking account, while his family was, in fact, receiving money from it.

Biggs highlighted instances of outright lying from Hunter and Jim Biden, pointing to discrepancies between their testimonies and evidence. He expressed doubt that the Department of Justice would press charges against them, given their past actions.

Turning to the conviction of former President Donald Trump in New York City, Biggs criticized Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for agreeing to testify before the House Judiciary Committee. He accused Bragg of being influenced by the Biden White House in prosecuting Trump.
