According to Rep. Eric Burlison’s comments to Newsmax on Thursday, it is being hailed as a “Christmas miracle” that House Republicans have eliminated a bipartisan continuing resolution which proposed billions in extra spending beyond what was necessary to prevent a government shutdown.
