Rep. Fry Tells Newsmax: Hur Charges Biden Is Suffering From Cognitive Decline
During his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee, Special counsel Robert Hur revealed two significant points, according to Rep. Russel Fry, R-S.C. speaking to Newsmax: President Joe Biden’s current cognitive impairment and his past behavior of holding classified documents despite knowing it was illegal.
After the hearing, Fry appeared on “The Record With Greta Van Susteren” and said, “I believe the most important revelation was confirming Joe Biden’s mental state and my disagreement with Mr. Hur regarding prosecutor authority.”
In his report to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Hur advised against prosecuting Biden, citing that a jury would likely view him as a “kind, elderly man with memory issues.”
Fry explained, “The key takeaway, from both the report and Hur’s testimony, is that Joe Biden kept classified documents in nine different locations. He did so intentionally, as he was working on a book and believed the documents belonged to him. Despite his extensive experience in handling classified information, he continued this behavior even after his staff had to create a memo for him on the proper handling of classified information.”
“This was a significant revelation for me,” Fry continued, “as it shows a willful disregard for the law at the time the crime was committed, despite his current diminished mental capacity.”
