Rep. Jordan: Warrants Must Be Required for FISA Reforms




Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, announced on Thursday that he will not support the renewal of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act unless it includes a provision that mandates federal law enforcement to acquire a warrant before searching for data of U.S. citizens.
