Rep. Lawler to Newsmax: Hunter Can’t Use 5th Amendment as a Shield
On Tuesday, Rep. Mike Lawler, R-N.Y., informed Newsmax that Hunter Biden is “probably going to be issued a subpoena and will need to respond to inquiries about his business activities, unable to shield himself with the Fifth Amendment and the right against self-incrimination.”
