Rep. Pat Fallon Tells Newsmax: Joe Biden Plans to Pardon Hunter

Rep. Pat Fallon, R-Texas, stated on Newsmax that Hunter Biden, the first son, is unlikely to face jail time even if found guilty of gun charges.

Fallon, a member of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee investigating allegations against President Joe Biden, made the comments. These allegations involve potential influence peddling during the Biden family’s foreign business dealings.

Hunter Biden is currently facing charges for misrepresenting his drug use in October 2018 while trying to purchase a gun in Delaware. His trial is scheduled to commence on June 3.

During an appearance on “Eric Bolling The Balance,” Fallon predicted that Hunter Biden is unlikely to serve time in jail. He believes that if Joe Biden loses the election, he will pardon his son during the lame duck period after November. If Joe Biden wins, the pardon will likely occur after the midterms. Fallon also suggested that even if Hunter Biden were to face jail time before then, a pardon would be issued just before incarceration.

In another discussion, Fallon commented on Joe Biden’s visit to Hallie Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, just before her scheduled testimony in Hunter Biden’s trial for gun charges. He raised concerns about witness tampering and undue influence given the circumstances.
