Rep. Roy Rejects “So-Called Republican Retreat”
Rep. Chip Roy, a Republican from Texas, chose not to participate in the House Republican retreat in Florida this week. He stated in a press release that he preferred remaining in Texas over spending “$2K to hear additional excuses” from fellow lawmakers.
